This is a chance to be part of a Danish MedTech organization with headquarters in Brønshøj, Copenhagen, where you will get familiar with one of the aspects in medical device development in the form of Regulatory Affairs. You will be part of a team, responsible for your own tasks but in close collaboration with the team including other student assistants.

Radiometer Medical ApS empower caregivers to diagnostic decisions to improve patient care. We are a medical device company. We develop products and solutions that provide health care professionals with the critical information they need in acute care diagnostics.

In the RA/QA department , we are Partnering for Impact to be a competitive advantage for reliable, fast and easy patient diagnoses. We are now hiring a student assistant in the International Registrations team to join a global team consisting of colleagues in Denmark, Poland, UK, Kazakhstan and Russia. Our main responsibility is to obtain and maintain licenses for all our products to be able to sell worldwide.

In International Registrations we have a database for regulatory information. We need to maintain the information and the main task for the student assistant will be to keep the database up to date as well as helping to improve the dataset in the database. You will be working closely with the 2 other student assistants in the team and will be trained by our student assistant. We are part of a hybrid workplace, and you will have a desk in the office in Brønshøj as well as the possibility to work from home.

The detailed tasks are following:

  • Make overviews of licenses per country
  • Coordination with the sales function
  • Communication with local affiliates globally
  • Archiving
  • Ad hoc tasks

As a student helper you will gain:

  • Experience in working in a global environment
  • Experience in medical devices and insights into Regulatory Affairs
  • Experience in data handling
  • Experience in planning and executing according to plan

The preferred candidate:

  • B.Sc or M.Sc student
  • Can work focused and structured
  • Will keep deadlines
  • Has a quality mindset
  • Can handle ad hoc tasks as well as with well-defined tasks
  • Is eager to learn new things and develop competences
  • Has experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and preferably also familiar with working in an electronic document management system (if not, you will be trained)
  • Wants to be part of a team. You are responsible for your own tasks, but team orientation and flexibility are very important values in our team.
