What will you do?
As Supply Chain Specialist, you will secure correct supply of finished goods to the Danish market.
You will manage a large portfolio with many stakeholders and work proactively to minimize issues related to production, release, transportation and distribution to the market.
In alignment with commercial, portfolio, regulatory, quality and customer service, you insure supply of goods according to demand and agreed stock levels.
You will be part of a team of four in Denmark and reporting to Sr. Manager Supply Chain for Denmark, Norway & Iceland.

Your main responsibilities are:
• Finished goods supply and demand planning via SAP, Excel and internal systems.
• Manage a large product portfolio with many stakeholders.
• Close communication with production sites/planners to align on future supply and minimize issues.
• Lead monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Support monthly forecast process with commercial.
• Participate in monthly portfolio meetings for launch planning, product life cycle management and execution.
• Cross-functional and cross-country alignment.
• KPI tracking/reporting/analysis: inventory value, customer service levels, excess stock levels, out of stock levels.
• Proactively work with minimum order quantities, safety stock levels and lead times.
• Master data maintenance.
• Participate in local, Nordic or European projects when needed.
• Ad-hoc supply chain related tasks and backup/support for Customer Service.

Who are you?
You preferably have an educational background in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Logistics. You should have a firm grasp on Basic Supply Chain principles and prior experience in a similar role within the pharma, FMCG, or other industries.

Proficiency in Excel is a must, and you should have excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Danish would be a bonus.

This person would be a solid team player with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing circumstances. Experience with big data would be advantageous, and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems would be helpful (though training would be provided). Overall, the ideal candidate would be a highly competent and efficient professional who can excel in a dynamic environment.
