- FOCUSING ON PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

As Project Manager at Swisspearl , you will work in the R&D department with a creative focus on creating new products and solutions where sustainability, recycling and the environment are keywords. You need to think systematically, creatively, and commercially at once. You are surrounded by skilled colleagues, specialists in various disciplines and passionate leaders - all in a dynamic work environment.

You are responsible for running projects, some from start to finish and others as part of a larger project. With a high drive, a technical insight, a good business understanding and tight time management, you are responsible for designing, adapting, and implementing some of Swisspearl’s latest solutions, products, and methods. The role as Project Manager involves monitoring and controlling project deliveries, mitigating risks, as well as organizing and motivating the team to meet the project's goals and comply with project milestones.

You are part of a strong team , both in the R&D department and as part of the organization, where you coordinate focus and efforts across disciplines and departments. As Project Manager, you will gain a broad insight into Swisspearl's capabilities and product program. Therefore, you will act as a partner for discussion with your project manager colleagues and work closely with both internal and external partners.

Your tasks are centered around the responsibility of running R&D projects. You are part of a work environment that is characterized by a high degree of professionalism, a well-functioning collaboration across departments, a high work intensity and an informal tone.

You have a similar role today where you are successful in managing complex projects. You are used to working purposefully and results-oriented in a professionally strong environment. It is likely that you have an educational level of bachelor or higher. You are fluent in both English and Danish.

As a person you have a structured and analytical approach to your work, which entails a constant overview of both ongoing and upcoming projects. You are a self-starter and are characterized by a high personal drive. You are a skilled communicator who effortlessly manages to create connections, network, and trust.
