Kongens Café & Pizzaria is looking for a kitchen chef

We are looking for a dedicated head chef for our restaurant, Kongens Café & Pizzaria in Slangerup, who will help raise our gastronomic level.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Development of our menus such as pizza and grill menus
• Follow up on inventory and manage supplies
• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Responsible for keeping workstations and storage areas clean during production

Our expectations of you:

- Previous experience in the food industry and particular knowledge of the pizza - and grill culture we want to expand our grill menus.

- Good collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

- Flexible in relation to working hours, including evenings and weekends

- That you comply with hygiene in our kitchen and have knowledge of the hygiene rules in the food industry.
