We currently looking for Receptionists for the Front of House team as we are getting busier and Summer is approaching. You will join a vibrant and energetic Front of House Team which has 1 main goal – to offer the best service with the biggest smile to all our guests.

We want to be able to provide excellent and memorable experiences for our hotel and international guests, all while delivering quality and service to perfection, in everything that we do, say and offer.

You will be working with, but not limited to:

• Welcome Guests and assist them during the Check-in/out process and to ensure a memorable experience for their stay at Grand Joanne
• Being our Grand Joanne Ambassador – representing our brand and products with confidence and pride
• Maintaining a high level of service for our in-house and external guests
• Assisting guests with requests, booking and sales from our outlets
• Assisting team with administrative assignments
• Providing guests with information regarding Vesterbro and Copenhagen
• Answering requests, e-mails and phone calls
• Maintaining a high level of safety for our property and guests
• Making sales to optimize profitability in department
• Following SOP’s and reporting any discrepancies to management
• Making sure that all guests leave with a smile and satisfaction

Our expectations about you:

• Work permit for Denmark
• Previous experience from hotel
• Experience working with PMS system
• Experience working with 365 Office is preferred
• Previous experience from hotel
• Communicating efficiently in English, verbally and written
• A Scandinavian language is preferred but not required
• Being a Team Player and work independently when needed
• Being able to time manage efficiently and making independent decisions that will profit the business and guest satisfaction
• Being able to handle a conflict with professionalism and grace
• Puts a pride in delivering a high level of quality service
• Help team with maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
• Being able to join our team as soon as possible
