We are looking to hire a Sales Excellence Analyst & Coordinator within the Professional Hygiene Business Unit, which includes operations in North America and Europe, selling primarily under the Tork brand. Essity is the world's leading B2B supplier of tissue paper, which is marketed under the Tork brand. Our end customers are found primarily in healthcare, public sector, commercial properties, offices, industry, hotels & restaurants, as well as facility service and cleaning.

What You Will Do
As the Sales Excellence Analyst & Coordinator, you will be in the center of our Swedish sales operations, leveraging data analytics to refine sales strategies, drive market expansion and sales effectiveness. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape and advance the development of our sales data usage. You will report to the Sales Manager and will work in close collaboration with our Swedish sales teams. Furthermore, you will also:

  • Analyze end-customer data to draw insight for sales growth.
  • Perform recommendations to sales, coordinate actions and monitor performance in areas such as: ?Dispenser Value Program, sales support data and sell out data.
  • Act on identified gaps and opportunities for up & cross selling with End Customers?.
  • Manage prospect data to strategically grow business, coordinating efforts, and measuring progress.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on customer accounts and prospects.
  • Create synergies between Sales, Controlling, Marketing, and Pricing, and integrating data from various departments through CRM.

Who You Are

Your self-motivation and number savvy, paired with an organized approach, allow you to efficiently navigate and complete multiple tasks. In addition, we value your collaboration skills and relationship-building abilities.

  • University degree, preferably in Business, Economics or similar.
  • Few years of experience in working with analytics within sales, marketing or business logistics.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, specifically in Excel and Power BI.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English – written and verbal.
  • Experience of B2B is an advantage.
