Job Description - Digital Transformation Analyst

Do you want to play a key role in driving the adoption of emerging digital technologies and trends shaping the future of digital healthcare? Does the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on digital projects across the pharma value chain that ultimately provide better care for millions of patients excite you? 

 

If so, you could be our new Digital Transformation Analyst in Business Development & Transformation team in the Digital, Data, and IT organization at Novo Nordisk.

 

What is behind the title?
As a Digital Transformation Analyst with us, you will support cross-functional business development initiatives and serve as a key driver of our communication platforms.

 

Therefore, you should be comfortable working on projects with a high level of uncertainty and be capable of incubating initiatives and bringing them to life.

 

Additionally, you will also be responsible for: 

  • Supporting strategic project execution
  • Organizing community upskilling events 
  • Analysing industry trends 
  • Facilitating specific ideation processes both internally and externally

 

We seek someone passionate about driving digital transformation. You should excel in researching, organizing, and analyzing information from various sources, and be able to provide well-founded recommendations. 

 

Do you have what it takes?
To succeed in this role, we expect you to tick most of the following:

  • Relevant degree in either business, technology and/or innovation management or communication
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, product management, or project management
  • Experience in organizing information and converting it into actionable results
  • Knowledge and passion for digital trends
  • Experience working with SharePoint solutions and data visualization tools is a plus, but not a requirement

 

On a personal level, you have strong analytical, technical, and business skills necessary to navigate the transformation landscape and translate uncertainties into actionable opportunities. You are also eager to be a part of building something new and challenge traditional methodologies. Lastly, you have excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

As part of the Strategy & Transformation group, located in our Digital, Data and IT headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, the Business Development & Transformation team is dedicated to enable the organisation and our patients to harness full potential of Digital. We do that through ecosystem partnering, transformational strategies and community building. Our team works with opinion leaders across several organisational layers in the company to drive digital transformation and growth.
