As a Chapter Lead in the Logistic Tribe, you will play a crucial role in nurturing both the Tribe and Chapter dynamics, facilitating a culture of continuous learning, growth, and collaboration to drive the success of our Technology and Innovation Division. Your primary responsibilities encompass capability building, providing coaching, line management, and guiding strategic direction within your domain. As a Software Engineer Chapter Lead, you will report to the Software Engineer Area Lead and become an integral part of our Software Engineer Leadership team, sparring and collaborating closely with Software Engineer Chapter Leads from all our development centers. We are searching for a passionate and experienced software development specialist who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment Your focus will span three key areas: 

• Craft Development and Leadership -  Collaborate closely with other Software Engineer Chapter Leads and the Area Lead to shape and advance Software Engineer development practices. Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
• Line Management -  Lead a chapter of 5-9 skilled Software Engineer developers, overseeing recruitment efforts, and supporting a high-performing, diverse team. Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and professional development. Conduct performance evaluations, setting clear goals and expectations
• Agile Team Member -  Leverage your expertise as an experienced software specialist to enhance the multiplayer aspect of your Chapter Lead role. Actively contribute to and develop the capabilities within your team, keeping you closely connected to software development and technology trends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

The current agile team tech stack encompasses .Net Core, Kafka, SQL, DDD, Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Furthermore, our Software Engineer Area Tech-stack extends to AWS, containers, Kubernetes, and Grafana Cloud and more. Therefore, knowledge or interest in these topics is considered an advantage.  Besides this, it is important to us that you are passioned about staying at the forefront of technological advancements and driving excellence in software development practices.
