Are you ready to put your talent to work in a global IT organisation, create results and become part of a network of professional and dedicated graduates? Then join us on a two-year learning and professional journey to “forward your career”.

The DSV Young Professionals program is designed to accelerate your development and growth, while you create results in the Global IT organisation in DSV. You will follow a structured development plan tailored to your needs and ambitions and get relevant certifications to further enhance your career portfolio.

As part of the program, you will be assigned a mentor, who will challenge, encourage, and guide you as you grow and forward your career in DSV, further supported by your network of fellow program participants.

In DSV, empowerment and responsibility are key elements of our working culture. You will become an integral part of your department from day 1, and alongside your dedicated colleagues, solve tasks and work on projects of international scale. Through the challenging variety of tasks and projects you will encounter, you will have the opportunity to make an impact from your first day. Thus, you will be hired on a permanent contract upon entering the program.

Grow your skills within Data or Digital
The Young Professionals Program in Global IT consists of two specialisation paths: Data and Digital. Depending on the path, you will have 2-4 rotations between departments and possibly, between locations throughout the two-year program, which will kick off in September 2022. This will ensure that you develop a profound understanding of the various aspects of our business, develop your skills and knowledge, and build your professional network along the way. Furthermore, you’ll be working in some of our newly built offices in Hedehusene (just outside Copenhagen) or Warsaw.

As part of the Digital specialisation path, you will experience first-hand the digital transformation taking place in Global IT. During the program, you’ll find yourself contributing to the development of our future digital setup, potentially fulfilling roles as a Business Analyst or Junior Project Manager; or working within DevOps as part of a Product Team.

In the Data specialisation path, you will grow your skills working with Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, DevOps, or Data Science while building solutions that bring direct value for the DSV business and your colleagues around the globe.

Regardless of your specialisation path, you will be trained in and work according to Agile practices.
To support your professional development, we offer additional training in topics such as stakeholder management, communication, and project management.

Your profile
To be considered as a candidate, you need to be a recent graduate, or a soon-to-be graduate with a relevant master’s degree within IT, Engineering, or similar. In addition, we strongly value if you have gained relevant professional experience from a student job and/or an internship within an IT organisation.

As a person, you are proactive, independent, and motivated to become part of a large international IT organisation. You are curious and passionate about continuously growing and developing your skills, and you work hard to do so. Additionally, you are pragmatic, a great team player and can communicate effortlessly in English.
