We are looking for an SAP EAM (SAP PM) Business Analyst with a strong background in S/4HANA and process consulting to join a high-performing team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify, map, and implement 2BM Software products for SAP PM, SAP IM/WM, and SAP improvements.

Responsibilities as SAP Business Analyst

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their Demand-to-Supply processes, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Provide process consulting to business stakeholders and identify areas of business process optimization and improvement.
• Work with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA to optimize the EAM process.
• Implementation of the 2BM Software products and process alignment.
• Analyze data and system workflows to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support them on issue resolution in the EAM and IM areas.
• Participate in testing new EAM functionalities and ensure the quality of the solutions delivered.
• Support the change management process by communicating changes effectively to impacted parties and managing change requests.
• Continuously monitor and analyze Demand-to-Supply processes and system performance, then recommend further improvements.

About you

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM/EAM/IM, process mapping, configuration, implementation, and integration.
• Strong configuration skills in all standard EAM processes: Notifications; Preventive-, Breakdown-, repair-, Refurbishment Work orders; Technical Objects, Settlement; PM Master Data; etc.
• Experience developing functional specifications for interfaces, workflows, forms, reports, and enhancements.
• Experience leading meetings and workshops.
• Working knowledge of Fiori apps (regarding PM and related logistics processes).
• Strong understanding of Demand-to-Supply business processes and process optimization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in process consulting and change management.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Waterfall/SAP Activate methodologies.
