About the Role:

At Essity, we’re looking for a Senior Director Service Management who will be instrumental in leading our service management strategy and operations on a global scale. This role offers the opportunity to drive organizational excellence, exceed customer expectations, and lead a diverse organization of over 400 professionals across various geographies.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and execute service management strategies to optimize operations with measurable outcomes aiming to exceed customer expectations
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new SAP, to enhance our technological capabilities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation within the service management team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service management practices with broader business objectives
  • Act as a central point of contact for customer logistics, contributing to the development and execution of the logistics strategy

Who You Are:

  • A visionary leader with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in service management leadership roles
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale change management and digital transformation project
  • Recognized for exceptional leadership skills, capable of leading a team towards success in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion to continue strengthen the efficiency and customer centricity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter with a drive to challenge the status quo with a positive mindset
  • University degree in a related field, with expertise in SAP or similar platforms
