The position 

As a Senior Project Manager Site Development, you will have the following responsibilities: 

Plan and execute the construction and engineering civil design for a major greenfield project. 

Lead and manage a dedicated team of site and civil specialists.

Coordinate with other construction projects and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. 

Manage site logistics and ensure efficient use of resources. 

Oversee water control, waste water management, road construction, civil engineering, soil handling, and pipe installations. 

Utilize your experience with climate adaptation and sewer master planning. 

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 

A background in construction and plant engineering, preferably with experience in major pharmaceutical projects. 

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams. 

Experience in engineering design, project management, and site logistics. 

Knowledge of water control and civil engineering.

Familiarity with climate adaptation and sewer master planning. 

On a personal note, the ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the candidate must be a team player with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
