Are you ready to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled employees working with training, environment & energy and archving in a Business Support department? Can you set direction for the team and act as inspiring sparring partner for your employees and stakeholders? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you in IM1 Business Support in Kalundborg.
The Position
As an Associate manager, you will lead a team that is responsible operational training, environment & energy and archiving. The team consists of 14 employees which is devided into 3 subteams. You and your team will cooperate closely with our stakeholders wich is 6 departments in IM1.
The main tasks will be to:
• Support your employees in their daily operations and consinuos work with process optimisations
• Have responsibility for your team’s performance, setting targets and reaching them
• Set direction, motivate and develop your employees to keep the highly engaged
As part of the management team in Business Support, you will be responsible for implementing initiatives supporting the overall strategy in API and IM1.
Our department hold 65 specialised employees, with close collaboration across teams and Associate Managers, including among other IT management, training, planning, warehouse, purchase, finance and our CLean coordinator. Combined we are IM Business Support, and together we support 2 multilines both covering Fermentation, Recovery and Purifaction. All in all we support 6 departments.
You bring strategic perspective and a general overview from shop floor to director level, with an open and proactive leadership approach, making sure your team thrive while cooperating and challenge the way we do business.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you preferably have:
· Master’s degree in business or other related fields
· Solid experience in setting direction, engaging others, prioritization according to strategic aspirations and stakeholder management
· You preferably have experience within Pharma or related industries
· Excellent stakeholder management skills and natural ability to talk to employees at all levels
We expect you to be fluent in English both written and spoken; Danish language skills on a communicative level or willingness to learn it would be advantageous.
