Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn - Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, optimize ROI, and provide regular reports to stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure branding and messaging consistency across all digital channels - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing and make recommendations for ongoing improvement - Act as a brand ambassador for Hilton, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers - Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and assist in the development of marketing collateral for various campaigns - Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable, energetic personality with strong persuasion and leadership skills
