Do you wish to test or learn skills in the field of event management? Do you have it in you to be an integral part of a volunteer team while solving issues within event logistics? Can you deliver an end product event? Are you currently a Bachelor’s / Master’s student or a recent graduate? And would you like to support social innovation and sustainability? The Events department at DANSIC: As DANSIC yearly re-invention is consolidated by a new event the Events department is fundamental in fulfilling one of DANSIC's main goals. As our Events Specialist you will be able to work within and across the 4 main areas above mentioned (Logistics, Stakeholder management, Design & Marketing, Partnerships & Sponsorships) in order to fulfil your vision of the event but also that of the Executive and Manager within your department. Tasks relevant for this position would look like these: planning, executing the event, developing partnerships with relevant stakeholders, spatial design and ideas for marketing the event to the right audience in collaboration with Communications and Marketing, defining and mapping our group of stakeholder and much more.

You are expected to:

• Attend the weekly meeting in your crew every Tuesday evening;
• Undertake some ad hoc tasks during the week;
• Attend the yearly DANSIC event you will participate in planning;
