Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

The Marketing Assistant at TDC Group is a key role that supports the marketing team in implementing and executing various marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services. This position is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media content, and email campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Support in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4 years of marketing experience - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Creativity and a passion for marketing - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
