Responsibilities
• Oversee and report on subcontractors' work • Ensure proper planning and execution of systems works • Attend meetings and coordinate subcontractors • Ensure submission of relevant documentation • Maintain records on a daily basis • Close out works according to project procedures • Supervise subcontractors on site • Ensure project safety requirements are met • Record and manage on-site instructions • Perform routine inspections of site equipment • Monitor contractor safety compliance • Oversee completion of closeout documentation • Prepare/review reports and forecasts • Keep project management informed • Prepare/review schedules, methods, and procedures
Requirements
• 10+ years construction experience in Pharmaceutical/Semiconductor/Data Centre industry • Mechanical experience is advantageous • Building degree or HND/HNC qualification preferred
