Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Terma is seeking a highly motivated and driven Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to company websites and generate leads - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and drive ROI - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
