Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Carlsberg Group. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. This role will require a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and social media platforms - Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns - Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure Carlsberg Group remains at the forefront of the industry - Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Confidence and resourcefulness to drive innovation and creativity in digital marketing campaigns - Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to effectively navigate challenging situations - Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating with team members across different locations - Prior experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus
