Job Description:

DONG Energy is seeking a talented and energetic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and help grow our online presence.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic. - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement. - Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. - Collaborate with design and content teams to create visual and written content that aligns with brand messaging. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. - Energetic and dedicated personality traits. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Creativity and critical thinking skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. - Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
