Marketing Assistant

We’re on a mission to accelerate the development of carbon removal methods and technologies needed to reverse climate change and we need your help to make that happen! We’re a tight-knit team of 22 people from all over the world, motivated by the mission we’re on. We put time and effort into what we do, but are definitely not “all work and no play”. We have fun along the way and work in that sweet spot between work and life based on the understanding that the fight against climate change is a marathon and not a sprint. We are looking for a student to join our marketing team for 15-20 hours per week in a newly established role as Marketing Assistant. You’ll be the 5th marketing hire but one out of many student assistants just like you in Klimate, so we understand that flexibility is key next to your studies. However, we do believe that seeing each other and working together is also important which is why this is not a remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You will report to our VP of Marketing and work closely with all commercial team members across sales and marketing. Your main work will be evolved around the following, but as we are a growing company we might need you to jump onto other tasks with us as well from time to time:

• Event management: We have an ambitious event strategy this year, and we need someone to plan and run the projects around our events and conferences.
• Marketing campaigns: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Promotional material: Assist with the creation of promotional materials and content for social media platforms and email marketing
• Copywriting: Create compelling copy for emails, landing pages, paid ads, and e-books.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work independently as well as a team player.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
• Fluent in English (our company language) and proficient in Danish
• Added bonus if you have online ad management and CRM experience (we use Hubspot), but not a requirement.
