Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Carlsberg Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in København, DK. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing team with various tasks and projects to help drive the growth and success of our brand.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives - Manage social media channels and digital marketing efforts - Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and reports - Support in organizing events and promotional activities - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics - Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field - Energetic and resourceful personality - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in MS Office and marketing software - People management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
