As our new Warehouse manager you will play a significant role to ensure the effective implementation and new way of working.

About the team
You will become part of Supply Chain Management and will refer to the Logistics Manager.

You will be responsible for the Warehouse department and its 15 warehouse employees. You must ensure operations and contribute to improving our ability to deliver and develop optimal processes.

The Warehouse team has an informal tone - always friendly and professional.

About the job
As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for our Warehouse operation always work and perform. More specifically, the position will involve a significant focus on management and development of the department supported by a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks will be to:

• Ensure timely delivery, cost within budget and adequate quality by focusing on a close execution engagement / management.
• Implement visual management/KPI and reporting on progress, workload, financial etc.
• Responsible for participation in the cooperation between own and other departments/sections, including clarification of interfaces as well as sharing of knowledge and learning from experience.
• Optimize logistics processes, forms and improve use of ERP system.
• Managing 3PL network.
• Keeping the warehouse area in an orderly manner at all times. Cycle count control and year-end closing.
• Planning of resources and secure sufficient capacity.

About you
The ideal candidate has experience as a Warehouse Manager from the production industry, and:

• Is fluent in Danish and English - both spoken and written
• Is proficient in IT, Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Has a good understanding of business and business acumen
• Is a self-starter and solution oriented

We furthermore imagine that you have the following professional qualifications:

• Experience as a manager within Warehouse logistics
• Education within Logistics or similar (e.g. BSc, HD, Merkonom or similar)
• Solid personal drive for improving processes
• Open-minded and good at cooperating cross-functionally
