Your role

As the Strategy and Executive Operations Manager in Corporate Strategy, you'll be the orchestrator of LEO Pharma's strategic objectives, ensuring alignment and execution at the highest level. Here, your expertise will influence LEO Pharma’s future.

• Serve as the right hand of the CEO and CFO and collaborate with all the C-suite stakeholders to define the strategic agenda.
• Proactively adjust the strategic focus in response to emerging opportunities and challenges
• Prepare and refine presentations for high-impact internal and external events
• Track and follow up on key initiatives, providing takeaways and insights for the CEO
• Lead strategic projects and ad hoc task forces as defined by the CEO and VP of Corporate Strategy
• In this role, you'll ensure that strategic priorities are not just discussed, but brought to life across the organization

Your qualifications

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a robust pharmaceutical background and a keen eye for detail.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Solid pharmaceutical experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships
• Experience in leading analyses and creating decision-making materials
• An ideal candidate will possess interpersonal savvy, resilience, and adaptability, thriving under pressure and able to pivot as needed

Your new team

You'll join a team of strategic thinkers in the Corporate Strategy department, working closely with the CEO, VP Strategy, and the C-suite stakeholders from the Global Leadership Team (GLT) to drive innovation and excellence in medical dermatology.
