Student Assistant, Social Media & Influencer Marketing City: Copenhagen V Country/Region: DK Application Deadline: 23rd of April Do you want to work with the Social Media and Influencer marketing teams in an international environment? Do you want to be a key contributor in executing campaigns/projects, working with the local markets and supporting the teams overall? Are you based in Copenhagen, and do you have at least one and a half years left of your studies? Then you may be the new Student Assistant that we are looking for.

Your areas of responsibility:
You will be a part of Global Digital Marketing and will support the Social Media and Influencer team with various tasks. Your main responsibility will be to support the Social Media Manager within campaign-related work, asset management and assisting the local markets across the organization. You will also support the Influencer Strategy & Creator Manager with campaign and content management and handle day-to-day tasks and requests from the team and our markets.

A few examples of tasks:

• Overall Social Media and Influencer marketing department support
• Asset management and content planning
• Uploading and scheduling of content in our Social Media Management tools
• Support local market requests
• Maintenance and optimizing our Instagram shopping
• Support influencer team in campaign process and content projects
• Support influencer team in UGC ambassador tool and creator partnerships
• Reviewing local influencer content and support on schedule on different platforms
  
  

What is needed to succeed:
You have a passion for Digital Marketing and how to optimize it. You are interested in Social Media and Influencer Marketing overall and support the teams in day-to-day tasks. You are a detailed-oriented and structured team player who can work cross-functionally and individually.

Qualifications for the position:

• Minimum 1.5 years left on your studies within a relevant field of study
• Great planning and project management skills
• Structured and thorough in everything you do
• Hands-on and proactive work mindset
• An analytical mindset and creative heart
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• English fluency and preferably, experience from an international environment
• Experience with various social media platforms and tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Smartly and Sprinklr are an advantage but not necessary
