Communications Specialist

Job Description:

IC Group is seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This is a full-time position at the entry level, ideal for a candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, confident, and possess strong planning and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's brand and values - Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, press releases, and internal communications - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with company goals - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to track the success of campaigns and initiatives - Assist with media relations and public relations efforts - Handle crisis communications when necessary - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Experience in a corporate or agency communications role is preferred
