Communications Specialist - Work from home

Peakon is seeking a passionate and confident Communications Specialist to join our team as a remote employee. As a key member of the communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication strategies to promote Peakon's brand and products - Create content for press releases, blogs, social media, and other communication channels - Monitor and analyze media coverage and market trends - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Build relationships with key media contacts and influencers - Assist in organizing and executing events, webinars, and campaigns - Provide support in crisis communication situations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role - Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of successful communication campaigns - Experience with media relations and content creation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms
