Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Milestone Systems is seeking a talented and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As a leading provider of video management software, we are looking for a dedicated and resilient individual with at least 4 years of experience in social media management to help us drive our online presence and engage with our audience effectively.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, videos, and graphics - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure Milestone Systems remains at the forefront of the industry - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner - Identify and leverage opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers and other brands

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of successful social media campaigns - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organization skills
