Job Description:

As a PR Associate at William Demant Holding, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and campaigns to enhance the company's reputation and brand image. You will work closely with the PR team to create engaging content, coordinate media relations, monitor press coverage, and manage social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns and strategies - Create engaging content for press releases, social media, and other communication materials - Coordinate media relations and handle media inquiries - Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to management - Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and other PR activities - Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in PR or related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
