At Uniify, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to take the lead on our existing customer
base and help us scale smarter. This role is all about relationships, impact, and value creation –
making sure our customers succeed, stay happy, and grow with us.
If you have a commercial background and thrive at the intersection of customer success and
fintech, but prefer "farming" and deepening relationships over cold hunting, this is your
next chapter.
About Your Role
As our Account Manager, you are the trusted partner for our customers after the deal is signed.
You will own and nurture relationships with our portfolio of existing clients, ensuring everything
runs smoothly, their needs are understood, and Uniify continues to deliver real value to their
business. You’ll act as their primary point of contact, handling requests, translating wishes into
solutions, and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion where it makes sense for their
business.
This is not a reactive support role, nor is it a cold-calling sales role. It’s a strategic, commercial
role where strong relationships, industry understanding, and proactive account management
turn into long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
With Uniify, you’re not just maintaining accounts - you’re helping our customers in the financial
sector continuously improve how they onboard and serve their customers.
Expect a day full of
Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Proactively engaging with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and upcoming needs.
Managing the "farming" process: Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with the customer’s growth and Uniify’s solutions.
Handling inbound requests, leads and change requests, coordinating internally to deliver solutions that stick.
Conducting account reviews and strategic check-ins to strengthen long-term partnerships and ensure high satisfaction.
Collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure we deliver on our promises.
Managing renewals and contract expansions with confidence and clarity.
Continuously gathering customer insights and feeding them back into the organization to help shape our roadmap.
Who we’re looking for
Below is our wishlist - not a checklist. If you recognize yourself in most of this, we’d love to
hear from you.
Industry Knowledge: You likely have experience from Fintech, Banking, Credit Institutions, or similar financial services. You understand the 'language' of our customers.
Commercial Mindset: You have 3+ years of experience in a role such as Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Consultant. You enjoy the commercial aspect of business but prefer growing existing accounts rather than hunting for new ones.
Relationship Builder: You excel at building trust-based relationships and communicating with senior stakeholders.
Language Skills: You are fluent in Danish writing and oral (and professional English).
Structured & Proactive: You thrive when owning accounts end-to-end and can navigate complex customer needs with a solution-oriented mindset.
Tech Savvy: You are experienced with CRM tools and account management processes (we use HubSpot).
Team Player: You enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
