AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager, you will identify, shape, and deliver high-value AI use cases in close partnership with business and cross-functional stakeholders.
You will translate business needs into prioritized AI opportunities, build value cases, and guide selected solutions from concept through pilot and implementation.

Your role 

Key responsibilities:  

• Identify and shape AI use cases with business stakeholders across functions.


• Facilitate workshops to explore business needs and define AI opportunities.


• Translate opportunities into clear use cases with value, feasibility, risks, and success measures.


• Build value and investment cases to support prioritization and funding decisions.


• Act as product owner for selected use cases through pilot and implementation.


• Coordinate with technology, data, legal, privacy, security, quality, and compliance teams as needed to ensure the delivery of AI use cases.


• Assess build/buy/partner options and evaluate relevant external vendors and market solutions.

Your qualifications 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

• Experience in digital, data, AI, product, innovation, strategy, or transformation roles.


• Strong capability in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and business case development.


• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and ideally acting as product owner or initiative lead.


• Understanding of pharma and life sciences processes and business models.


• Understanding of AI opportunities, limitations, and responsible adoption in an enterprise setting.


• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, including generative AI, with strong practical abilities to assess business relevance of AI.


• Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
