AirCo Process Technology is an industrial leader and technological innovator of reliable decarbonization plants supporting the restoration of climate. Their decarbonization efforts focus on scaling up new technologies such as carbon capture, biogas upgrading and biomethane liquefaction.

With a strong base of technology and proof of concepts AirCo Process Technology is facing the market with outstanding solutions. The journey is underway, and the company needs to strengthen the sales department with an experienced Project Sales Manager.

The position

As Project Sales Manager you will experience dynamic working days, when you deal with new technology, interesting business cases in a partly immature industry.

In the long run your responsibility is to build a strong pipeline. To do so you must spend some time on learning the technology and getting hold on the biogas industry on selected markets.

You will be responsible for end-to-end handling of the sales process, from the first contact with the customer to a signed contract. Your tasks will include:

  • Create an overview – analyze market potential, prepare segmentation, and identify potential customers.
  • Handle inquiries from customers.
  • Prospecting – proactively contact and develop new customers.
  • Preparing presentations.
  • Managing proposals and contract negotiation with customers.
  • Update on subsidy schemes in relevant countries.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing activities.
  • Update on market development and general development trends in the industry.

  • What you bring

    We expect you to have strong experience with complex project sales. It would be a great advantage, if you have worked with process technology and have knowledge about biogas, CO2, or other gasses. You have a demonstrated track record in building a strong pipeline and have succeeded in converting leads to closed deals.

    You have a solid technical understanding combined with a strong commercial drive.

    You inspire confidence and possess the ability to create relationships at the right levels. Your communication skills are good, and you can communicate with both technical and commercial profiles.

    You are used to selling to decision makers at all levels. You are result oriented and ambitious on behalf of the company, and you are motivated by contributing to the company’s success.

    Your business understanding is good, you think strategically and understand the importance of working purposefully with the execution of strategies and plans.

    You are passionate, have a positive attitude, a strong drive, and endurance. You are ambitious and dedicated to make a difference.

    You are a team player with social skills and a strong commitment. You inspire and contribute positively to the spirit and well-being in the team.

    You speak and write English at a negotiation level. German could be valuable.
