Application Engineer within eHealth

The position

As an Application Engineer, you will join a dynamic and highly skilled team where your work will directly impact both healthcare professionals and patients. Our products require exceptional availability, performance, and utmost patient safety, and you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

In this role, you will serve as an essential liaison between our customers and internal teams, contributing to projects and activities with both existing customers and partners. Your expertise will be pivotal in applying optimal solutions, providing guidance to technical staff as necessary, and supporting IT environments tailored specifically for healthcare applications. You will also be a key member of our 24/7 support team, collaborating with customers to restore services when required.

Your responsibilities will also include addressing technical requests related to system deployment, integrations, and system configurations. You will support existing customers by managing and resolving incoming issues and collaborating with various departments, including product management, development, implementation, service and support, and sales and marketing. Many of these tasks will be technically complex and require a deep understanding of software and hardware architecture, business processes, and usability.

About you

Requirements 

• A relevant technical degree.
  
  






• Strong technical proficiency in deployment, integration, networking, and server configuration.
  
  






• Eagerness to acquire new skills and embrace unexpected challenges.
  
  






• Experience with some of the following:

- IT system servicing

- Microsoft-based infrastructure

- IT system integrations

- MS SQL

- Scripting skills

- Troubleshooting IT systems

• Fluency in both Danish and English.
  
  






• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical knowledge in both written and verbal form.
  
  

Place of employment: Aarhus

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 3 months trial period
