How you will make an impact

As Associate Manager in Planning MY DK, you will lead professionals and specialist located in Aarhus, Hobro, Christiansfeld and Slagelse, and therefore frequent travel to site is required, expected 30-40% of the time on one of the production sites. You will be responsible for achieving operational targets and delivering results that directly impact end-to-end delivery. You allocate resources wisely to boost productivity and deliver on operational goals, while building and sustaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and keep customers at the center. You will also ensure that policies, standards and procedures are followed by your team, customers and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach and develop the planning team, existing of both Operational Network Planners and Site Schedulers. We are aiming to foster a strong Safety–Service–Cost mindset.


• Deliver the short‑term supply plan (0–12 weeks) and lead peak planning with high service and cost efficiency across sites and the network.


• Drive cross‑functional alignment with Production, Logistics, Demand Planning and Global Planning to secure stable operations and clear decision‑making.


• Anchor new roles, standards and ways of working, including task mapping, governance and E2E Planning transformation initiatives.


• Own performance management, including DA, Waste, plan adherence and continuous improvement efforts.


• Manage risks and constraints, performing scenario planning and ensuring effective escalation and communication with stakeholders.

What will make you successful

We are seeking a leader with a strong background in supply chain management and experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.

• Hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and have 4–6 years within planning and leading professionals is an advantage.

• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

• Analytical, structured and collaborative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business.

• Curious, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo to drive improvements.
