Setting the global marketing direction
Joining us at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark you will become part of the Continence Care Global Marketing team, where we set the global strategic marketing direction for the Continence Care portfolio. You will become part of a fun, diverse & dedicated team of 9 passionate colleagues, who are responsible for all our marketing communication across channels, including global launches of products and services that make a difference to people with intimate health care needs.
A position with steep learning curve
As Associate Marketing Manager, you will take part in developing and executing marketing plans & campaigns for our product portfolio across channels & customer segments (healthcare professionals & consumers). You will be responsible for your own project centered around simplifying our product portfolio and delivering and implementing impactful marketing initiatives. You will act as a partner for our subsidiaries supporting them with strong marketing plans & campaigns as well as collaborating with different departments in HQ such as Pipeline & Portfolio & Regulatory Affairs and your colleagues in Continence Care Marketing.

To succeed in this role, you will need a passion for marketing with a can-do & solution-oriented mindset. As you will be responsible for your own project, you also need a strong drive to get things done and an eagerness to learn along the way.
Furthermore, you enjoy working together in teams and have collaboration skills to lead marketing initiatives from idea to implementation together with subsidiaries and HQ stakeholders.
Your qualifications:
A great career learning opportunity with 2 assignments
The position as Associate Marketing Manager is a 1-year assignment followed by another 1-year assignment within our HQ commercial organization. You will therefore be exposed to 2 different assignments within the marketing/commercial field, but with different challenges and perspectives to kick-start your career journey with a steep learning curve facing different commercial disciplines & opportunities.
