Associate Project Manager, Global Foodservice (Project assignment until June 2027) - Aarhus

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager with a strong background in FMCG or marketing, ready to thrive in a dynamic, international environment and lead a cross-functional project with confidence. You will be based at Arla Innovation Centre in Skejby (Aarhus), as part of the Global Foodservice team.

How you will make an impact

As an Associate Project Manager within Global Foodservice, you will play a key role in driving our strategic redesign packaging project – where we in waves are refreshing our Arla Pro packaging across our full portfolio. You will act as the project leader, owning the time plan of the project – ensuring delivery according to the plan. You will be working in Global Foodservice but will have a close collaboration with our Markets, Local/Global Project Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Act as the end-to-end owner of the redesign packaging project.


• Ensure on-time, in-full delivery across the project waves and markets.


• Ensure clear, timely, and structured communication on progress, decisions and risks.


• Ensure clear alignment with stakeholders in the markets.

You will act as the project leader and will be leading cross-market conversations to ensure delivery of the redesign packaging project. In addition, you will serve as a central link and ensure smooth coordination and cooperation between the global Product Management team, the marketing departments, Planning and Supply Chain.

• You combine an interest in packaging design with a strong focus on quality and detail (incl. an interest for branding).


• Besides having thorough insight into PLM systems like SAP or 3DX,  you also have a good value chain understanding and a global mindset.  


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Confident user of Microsoft Excel.    


• You strive in a dynamic work environment and are resilient under pressure.


• You put a pride in delivering your tasks within the deadline.


• Lastly, you are engaged, positive and service-minded.
