As a Bartender, you play a central role in the ÅBEN guest experience. You are often the first person guests meet and the one helping set the mood - whether it is a calm afternoon or a busy evening. The role is about presence, good service and about being a part of a team that supports each other and works well together.

You will join the Nordhavn team, where people help each other out, enjoy working together, and create experiences guests want to come back to.

Your role as Bartender

• Welcome guests and serve beer

• Create a great atmosphere in the bar - even when there is a queue

• Keep the bar clean and organized

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Help create experiences that guests will remember
  
  

Who are you?

You do not need to be a beer expert - curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more. Most importantly, you enjoy working with people, care about good service, and stay calm when things get busy. You might recognize yourself in the following:

• Prior experience from a bar, café, or restaurant (or the motivation to learn quickly)

• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

• Enjoy working closely with others and contributing to a positive atmosphere on shift

• Show up with energy and take responsibility, even during busy periods

• Care about making guests feel welcome

• Reliable and someone the team can count on
