But to stand out in a crowded market (think Workday, Docebo, 360Learning), we need a brand that cuts through with clarity and creativity.

That’s where you come in.

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll be the owner of Zensai’s brand. You’ll define how we show up in the world — from the foundations (positioning, playbooks, tone of voice, identity) to the big moments (campaigns, events, awards, trade partnerships). You’ll work closely with Rebecca (Director of Campaign Marketing), our C-suite, and trade partners like CIPD and ATD to make sure everyone knows what Zensai stands for — and why it matters.

 

✨ What you’ll be doing
📖 Build and own Zensai’s brand strategy, guidelines, and playbooks
🎤 Shape messaging and positioning that differentiate us from the pack
🤝 Lead relationships with trade partners (ATD, CIPD, SHRM) and co-create content that reaches HR and L&D leaders
📅 Own the brand & editorial calendar across campaigns, events, awards, and more
🎨 Drive creative storytelling that makes “Human Success” resonate with our ICP at a country level
📊 Partner across Product, Revenue Marketing, and C-suite to align brand with business goals

 

🚀 What success looks like

  • 3 months: You’ve mapped our brand landscape, built competitor insights, and delivered core brand docs (one-pagers, positioning frameworks).

  • 6 months: We’re live with campaigns and awards submissions that are landing with our audience, and brand foundations are embedded across marketing.

  • 12 months: A clear Zensai brand playbook is in market, resonating globally — and our presence is cutting through in a highly competitive SaaS landscape.

 

🎯 You should bring

  • Solid experience as a brand manager in B2B SaaS (global exposure a plus)

  • Strength in both creative storytelling and brand strategy frameworks

  • Track record of partnering with agencies and trade bodies

  • Comfort working across senior stakeholders and fast-moving teams

  • Curiosity about how AI is changing marketing and brand activation. We are excited to hear which experiments you have done, and plan to do first!

  3. Deep dive with Donal (VP Revenue Marketing) and Robin Daniels (Chief Business Officer), including:
    • A short personality & working style assessment (to understand how you thrive)
    • A small live exercise (no prep required — just a chance to see how you think)

  4. Final conversation & values alignment check
