The people on our bread team are crucial to what we do at Hart. Skilled and happy staff means quality loaves and satisfied guests!

We are looking for someone with a passion for bread, a commitment to quality and a strong motivation for the craft; someone who wants to join us in our life-long pursuit of that perfect bake.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AT HART LOOK LIKE?

• baking our signature menu according to Hart recipes.


• ensure quality across all of our bakes; we work with the best ingredients so expect the best results.


• keeping track of stock levels and informing the team when we need a top up.


• working cleanly and safely, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.


• maintain an effective communication with the front of house team.


• help build a community around baking; being a part of a collaborative and diverse environment.
