Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities with large customers. The primary focus will be on cultivating relationships, understanding client needs, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and Target Large Customers
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
· Build and Maintain Relationships
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach in delivering value to clients.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
· Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with large customers.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
· Provide regular market feedback to the leadership team to enhance product/service offerings.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record of success in business development, specifically in acquiring large customers and closing significant deals.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
· Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and objectives.
