Job Description - Business Development Manager for Factoring Product (Denmark)

Are you a business leader passionate about driving market expansion and growth in SME financing?


We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Factoring to lead the introduction and growth of our factoring business in Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to establish and scale a high-impact product, directly contributing to the company’s expansion and revenue growth.


As Business Development Manager – Factoring, you will be responsible for launching the product in your market, building strong customer relationships, and developing partnerships to drive adoption. You will play a key role in positioning CapitalBox as a market leader in SME factoring.


Your Focus:



  • Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to introduce and scale factoring in Denmark.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and onboard SME customers, ensuring long-term business growth.

  • Partnership Development: Build strategic relationships with brokers, financial advisors, and fintech platforms to drive market penetration.

  • Sales & Deal Structuring: Negotiate and structure factoring agreements that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

  • Operational Leadership: Work closely with internal teams, including risk, credit, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Market Insights & Product Optimization: Gather and analyze market data to refine the factoring offering and identify new business opportunities.


Your Background:



  • Proven experience in B2B financial sales, preferably within factoring, invoice financing, or SME lending.

  • Strong understanding of SME financing needs, factoring products, and market dynamics in Denmark.

  • Excellent business development and networking skills, with the ability to establish and grow client relationships.

  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth from the ground up.

  • Experience in structuring financial solutions and negotiating contracts with SMEs.
