We’re on the lookout for a Business Intelligence Analyst & Product Owner who can combine analytical skills with the ability to prioritise, align stakeholders, and drive delivery for our BI-focused development team.
You’ll be part of our BI department, working alongside and collaborating closely with our Data Science colleagues, our Head of BI, and our development teams. Your role will be a mix of hands-on analysis, building internal reporting solutions, and acting as the link between business needs and technical execution—making sure the right things get built, and that they create real value inside the organisation.

What to dive into

- Act as Product Owner for our BI-focused development team—owning the backlog, refining requirements, and aligning delivery with the organisation’s priorities.
- Lead the design and implementation of internal BI solutions that improve workflows, automate manual processes, and ensure data is reliable and accessible.
- Develop and maintain reporting in Power BI and Fabric to support budgeting, invoicing, and operational decision-making.
- Take responsibility for key BI processes such as budget cycles, month-end reporting, and yearly reviews—ensuring they run smoothly and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Foster a culture of transparency and knowledge sharing so best practices and insights flow freely across teams and departments.
