Job Description - Business Support Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

As Business Support Manager, you ensure smooth back-office operations across contract management, reporting, procurement, and invoicing. You help keep our processes efficient, compliant, and well-documented.

Maintaining and updating the contract inventory, including accurate data entry in the CRM system
Scanning, recording, and processing incoming invoices and business documents
Providing ad hoc administrative support to various departments as needed
Managing ERP-related tasks in Microsoft Business Central, including purchase order creation, goods receipt posting, vendor and item master data creation, inventory bookings, and delivery note handling
Coordinate procurement of officesupplies to avoid delays
Organizing and coordinating service and maintenance activities for pool cars and other office equipment
Creating and publishing updates on our social media channels

Your profile

3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or accounting
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines
Project management skills and a collaborative mindset
Confident in using MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., Business Central), SoMe platforms and delivery note handling.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
Fluent in Danish, written and spoken and proficient in English
