Café Supervisor- City Campus

About the Role:

We're searching for a passionate Café Supervisor who shares our love for food, coffee, and exceptional service within the university setting. AUT operates four bustling food outlets across our City and South Campuses, with another soon opening on the North Shore campus in July. We need a service-oriented individual to oversee café operations at our City Campus, ensuring efficient delivery of guest services and maintaining the highest standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient delivery of guest services.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage handling and presentation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Exhibit self-management skills, including organisation and time management.
• Handle ordering for the café.
• Oversee store operations in conjunction with the Retail Manager.
• Assist in ensuring maximum productivity and profitability in the café.
• Assist in employing, inducting, and training employees with the Retail Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in food and beverage handling and presentation.
• Experience with two and three-group coffee machines.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Effective self-management skills, including organisation and time management.

Salary Range: $27.99 - $29.93(dependent on experience and qualifications)
