As our new Change Manager for PMO AM Hillerød, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the newly established role, refining change management processes, and driving the adoption of new project initiatives. With strong communication and collaboration skills, you will work with the project team to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:

  • An Academic degree in business, project management, communication, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci) are a plus
  • Successfully implemented change strategy or framework; an exposure to manufacturing or production environment is a plus

With your preference for change management, you understand how to effectively communicate with important stakeholders around you, driving collaboration and change. Additionally, you can easily navigate a complex and dynamic stakeholder landscape.

About the department
You will be an integral part of our close-knit team, consisting of 12 experienced project managers, and various PMO support functions. The role will be anchored in our team but supported widely across PMO. The team fosters a culture and value set that appreciates diverse perspectives, supports one another, and celebrates learnings as much as success, all while embracing flexibility. We highly value both individual and team development, and we prioritize creating a social and enjoyable atmosphere where we can thrive, have fun, and strive for outstanding performance and ambitious goals together.

Our team is part of a dynamic and ambitious PMO, where our more than 40 Project Managers plan and execute projects across our entire production site. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects and implement innovative solutions with minimum impact on the ongoing production. At PMO we execute projects within aseptic production (formulation, filling and inspection); finished production (assembly and packaging); IT; material handling systems and building facilities.
