The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. The hotel is centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street. We encourage new ideas and creativity to be actively involved in developing our hotel. We value effective cooperation, openness and mutual respect.

The kitchen team at NENI Copenhagen indre by, is responsible for creating gastronomic sensations based on the chef’s choice. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our kitchen as Chef (m/f/d).

How does your working day look like …

In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special:

• As part of your job, you’ll ensure that processes are flexible, the kitchen is clean, and the team members work hand in hand – even if the receipt list is sometimes long

• Full or part, day/evening/weekend, depending on the type of event

• You’ll be committed to the high standards of our food, and make sure our junior chefs, apprentices and trainees are committed to this goal as well

• As a trained chef, you’ll also be taking up the ladle yourself over and over again

• Your experience and personality add that certain extra something …

• You’ve completed a course of training as a chef, and you have an experience as a young chef or commis chef
• You can motivate your fellow staff and lead a team
• You’re passionate about live cooking and international cuisine, and are renowned for your organisational skills in the kitchen
