With your experience in leadership and a business-focused mindset, you will become a key figure in Voyagerr. Calculating, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and reaping the results of completed projects are tasks you are eager to continue. You support your high-performing employees to remain effective and productive through both growth and change. As a natural leader, you guide and help your team confidently along the journey.
As COO, you will work with the management team members to set and drive the organization’s vision, operational strategy, and recruitment needs. Furthermore, you will translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth. Implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operational planning are integral to the role. You will ensure goal achievement at both team and individual levels. Your contribution will significantly foster an inclusive culture, ensuring employee satisfaction, striving towards excellent results for the teams you will lead in Scandinavia, Germany, France and the UK.
Objectives of this role:
Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
Responsibilities:
As COO at Voyagerr, your ongoing work involves monitoring and analyzing operations and identifying areas for development potential. Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing Operations and R&D in Scandinavia, Germany, France and the UK.
Managing the employee journey in terms of effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention.
Developing and implementing our business strategies for the teams, ensuring alignment with Voyagerr strategic goals.
Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
Manage capital investments and expenses to ensure that the company achieves targets for growth and profitability: Forecasting, tracking results, monitoring KPIs, and take corrective measures when necessary
Maintaining and building long-term relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Required skills and qualifications:
Profound experience in executive leadership roles and proven track record of success in a senior level management role with a minimum of 3 years in COO experience
Experience working with public clients is also a merit, as is experience in project implementation from planning to follow-up, preferably from an international cross-cultural dynamic.
Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues with strong financial acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
Proven experience in driving organisational and cultural changes, transformation and growth
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
International business experience with cross cultural dynamics is required
The position involves a moderate level of domestic and occasional international travel
