Job Description - Clinical Trial Associate

Are you passionate about clinical research and ready to take your career to the next level? TFS HealthScience is thrilled to be expanding our Clinical Operations team, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) for a full-time, 6-month contract position. If you share our vision of delivering clinical research excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader in different Therapeutic Areas.

Who We Are

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-sized Contract Research Organization (CRO), partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their clinical development journey. We combine the full-service capabilities and global reach of a large CRO with the agility, flexibility, and personal touch of a mid-sized organization.

Our core values — Trust, Quality, Flexibility, and Passion — define who we are and how we work. They shape our culture, guide our decision-making, and reflect our commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and close the eTMF across trial, country, and site levels
  • Conduct regular TMF quality checks and ensure inspection readiness
  • Track documentation and support CSR appendices filing
  • Collaborate with the CRO on TMF-related activities

Your Background:

  • 1+ years of experience in clinical documentation or eTMF roles
  • Familiarity with ICH-GCP and TMF regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English

This is a 1.0 FTE, 6-month contract role.

      Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re looking to be part of something meaningful and grow in a supportive, values-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us shape the future of clinical research.
