The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. The hotel is centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street. We encourage new ideas and creativity to be actively involved in developing our hotel. The building is located on the island of Christiansholm, also known as Paper Island, which has developed into an urban destination in the heart of Copenhagen. Here, you will find relaxation and serenity based on the ideal Scandivianian island holiday home, awakening memories and sensations brought to life by Swedish creative team STYLT Trampoli. Room categories range from Medium to Gigantic and offer a retreat to suit every traveller and their needs.

What you'll do...

• You manage your day independently and stick to agreements, even with a packed calendar and buzzing inbox.
• You organize site inspections and client events – personal follow-ups matter to you.
• You stay cool when all clients call at once and the phone lines are buzzing.
• You work closely with our Cluster Sales Director in Copenhagen, the international sales team, our Events & Groups department, and the Brand & Marketing department.
• You’re a true brand ambassador of 25hours Hotels – building strong relationships with clients and nurturing them with care.

What we're looking for...

• You have experience in customer-facing roles (sales, hospitality, events, etc.)
• Experience from other hotels is a big plus
• You communicate clearly and confidently in English – and please note that Danish is mandatory
• You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or try new things
• You’re a people person with a genuine interest in hospitality and guest experiences
• You bring your personality to work and contribute to our open, inclusive team culture
