You’ll be involved in every step of our strategic process; from early analysis and idea development with leadership to close collaboration with other teams, to ensure execution and alignment with our business goals, reporting into the Managing Director in Denmark.

What you'll do

As a Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in navigating our strategic initiatives in Flatpay Denmark, from project management to comprehensive analysis that influences our decision-making process. By partnering with stakeholders across the organization, you'll manage key projects, research crucial strategic issues, and evaluate and improve our long-term goals. Your work will determine how Flatpay progresses, innovates, and flourishes in a landscape marked by frequent changes.

What you'll do in your first 30 days:

Get to know Flatpay’s business model, product ecosystem, and team members
Develop your first research and analysis, including conducting customer interviews
Begin identifying strategic opportunities and challenges within our products and markets
Collaborate with other departments to understand current initiatives and priorities

In your first 60 days you can expect to:

Develop financial models and analysis and present insights and recommendations to leadership to influence decision-making
Support implementation planning and monitor key project outcomes to ensure strategic alignment.

Who you are

1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/advisory, or corporate development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with practical experience using data, market research, and financial models to inform strategy
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and build relationships across diverse teams and different cultures
Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a track record of driving projects end-to-end
Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (or similar), and data visualization tools
Fluent in Danish and English (both verbal and written); additional language skills are a plus.
